Dermot Grant FCPA, AITI, FCCA, Dip Arb Dermot founded the practice in 1984 and has 26 years professional practice experience as principal partner. Dermot specialises in business advisory and development and is Managing Director of Origin Corporate Finance which provides advice on merger, acquisition, valuations, sale transactions and fundraising (See www.origincf.com). Dermot is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a member of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland . Dermot is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and provides business dispute resolution services. |

Ann-Marie Reddy FCPA, AITI Ann Marie has been in practice since 1989, and a partner since 2000. Ann-Marie heads up the audit, compliance and general business advisory area of the firm and has built up an understanding of business compliance and business development that is invaluable to our clients. Ann Marie has also being active in our corporate finance division, advising in a number of client exits, M&A and funding transactions. Ann-Marie is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland. |

Roslyn Fitzgerald FCCA, AITI Roslyn has been in practice since 1999. Roslyn is a qualified tax consultant and heads up the taxation advisory and compliance area of the firm. Roslyn has invaluable experience in relation to personal and corporate tax in terms of both tax compliance and tax planning. She has worked on various tax planning projects including corporate re-organisations and advising clients in relation to structuring their corporate and personal affairs in a tax efficient manner. She also has experience in carrying out Tax Due Diligence Reviews and in dealing with Revenue Audits. Roslyn also advises both corporate and personal tax clients on maximising the use of available reliefs and exemptions. Roslyn is a member of the Institute of Taxation and a is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. |

Barry Walsh FCPA, ACA Barry is a partner in our corporate recovery and insolvency department. He also works closely with our audit department advising a portfolio of clients and co-ordinating with colleagues in respect of clients who may need corporate advisory services. Barry has over 18 years practice experience, qualifying as an accountant in 1997. He is a member of both the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland and Chartered Accountants Ireland. Barry has completed Diplomas in Insolvency and Corporate Finance with Chartered Accountants Ireland. He is a member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners. Barry was a founding partner of McLaughlin Walsh in 2002 and subsequently established Actuate Corporate Advisory & Recovery, a firm specializing in corporate finance, recovery and insolvency projects. Barry merged his practice with Grant Reddy in October 2011. |
